Clinical Quality Program Manager - Survey Management
Responsible for overseeing member and provider satisfaction survey quality improvement activities/projects/programs for one or more states within several lines of business. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Leads provider and member satisfaction survey data collection and reporting. Supports a quality plan and ensures integration of quality into the overall business process. Works with the clinical intervention team to support quality improvement and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction. Ensures that study methodology is sound and appropriate reporting is in place. Supports performance improvement plans and oversees the data needed to evaluate clinical quality improvement activities/projects which improve the quality of care for members. Assures compliance with corporate QI work plans. Ensures that survey content, processes and reporting support QI activities and are relevant to the needs of targeted population. Maintains effective documentation of satisfaction survey programs to meet regulatory and accreditation standards. Provides oversight to assure accurate and complete quantitative analysis of satisfaction data and presentation of data analysis results. Participates in and provides input to the development of new product designs for major lines of business. Oversees the implementation of new initiatives related to data collection.
Requires a BS/BA; 4 years of health care quality or data analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Requires 5 years of experience managing large, complex projects such as CAHPS, Medicare Stars. Certification in applicable field (i.e. CPHQ) and/or a MS in a health field is preferred.
