Digital Product Manager, E-Commerce
Ferguson is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join our growing and highly collaborative digital team, where you’ll influence the creation and launch e-commerce products and product features that deliver an outstanding customer experience.
The ideal candidate:
Actively discovers and pursues opportunities to solve customer problems.
Builds solutions that balance positive customer impact with business value.
Leverages various data sources to make decisions quickly.
Communicates effectively with stakeholders, executives, and customers.
Possesses a strong understanding of e-commerce and middleware technologies.
Translates technical language to plain English with ease.
This is a unique opportunity to help strengthen Ferguson’s e-commerce and mobile portfolio as we strive to answer these questions:
“Are we building the right thing?”
“Will this [new feature or app] bring value to the customer and the business?”
“What is our return on investment for building feature X ?”
“What is the opportunity cost for not building feature Y ?”
You have a proven performance in:
Understanding customer needs.
MVP development (build, measure, learn.)
Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Defining and analyzing metrics that inform the success of products.
Managing multiple complex projects across cross-functional teams to deliver high quality features on schedule.
You might also have experience with any of the following:
Pragmatic Marketing certification
Voice of Customer analysis.
Experience in the B2B, wholesale, or e-commerce space
4-year college degree or equivalent; applicable work experience may be substituted for education requirements
3+ years of business analysis, product management, or e-commerce development experience
Excellent analytical, collaborative, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Agile software development methodologies experience
Strong product demonstration and presentation skills.
