DXC Technology has an immediate need in our US Public Sector group for a Mobility Client Support – Secret Clearance in Boise, ID

Job Description and Responsibilities:

·Provide top tier level support to the handheld/mobility devices in the enterprise, and their applications.

·Dedication to the quick capture of device and application specific issues and rapid resolution through a network of communication between the vendor(s), field services and the customer(s) themselves.

·Properly capturing the issues mentioned above, articulating the responses and resolution, documenting the processes involved in that resolution, and post such documentation for future reoccurrences.

·Driving proactive measures into the enterprise to assist in mitigating future/potential problems based on lessons learned.

·Provide root cause analysis to assist problem management cases.

·The required support of these devices and applications is outlined with NG0225 uplift CLINs, and requires direct and constant contact with the vendor in order to swiftly and accurately address the myriad of situations that arise. In addition, the uplift to NG0225 highlighted the complexity of this mobility ecosystem.

·The numerous and frequent updates to the infrastructure, the device’s operating system(s), and the applications directly supported by the infrastructure (currently Good for Enterprise and Thursby) produces a multifaceted troubleshooting process that has to be rigorously followed and documented.
