DXC Technology has an immediate need in our U.S. Public Sector group for a Service Desk/Hiring Lead in Norfolk, VA.
Provide support at job fairs and handle onboarding of service desk staff.
This hiring/performance management position is responsible for all aspects of maintaining DXC Technology and contingent staffing levels to meet the demand signals of the Service Desk and monitoring and analyzing metrics to drive improvements and efficiencies in to the service desk organization. This position needs to be co-located with the Service Desk.
